Con la actualización de Mayo una de las principales novedades ha sido la posibilidad de establecer un sistema de navegación mediante acciones condicionadas. Gracias a esto y con una sencilla técnica podemos realizar algo que hasta ahora era imposible, obtener seguridad a nivel de página, podemos establecer qué usuarios pueden acceder a qué páginas dentro de un informe.

Nice technical solution. However, from a user experience perspective it would be better to be able to hide the page links according to the user permissions. Taking a user to the page and then telling them they are not authorized to view the page will result in two user actions (slightly exaggerated): 1. The user will curse at you 2. the user will abandon your report and go elsewhere to find their solution.

Simply replacing the «without permission» landing page with blank () the button will not redirect you to any site if you do not have the proper permissions.

And the user can also be warned with the button text itself with conditional formatting

Muy bueno Fran. Otra posibilidad adicional sería filtrar en el slicer las opciones que puede ver el usuario, no?
